Free one time 1 hour phone consultation or a more in-depth review of your business needs - Starting at $50/hour.
This option is suitable for initial setup of a QuickBooks account, or cleanup of past records in QuickBooks. Also recommended for consultations on a specific topic in accounting, tax or finance.
Intermediate Service
For a set monthly fee, bookkeeping services will be provided including bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HST filing, and financial statement preparation.
Pricing depends on the hours of service needed and the size of the business.
This package is suitable for a small business with less than $10k in expenses per month and average 5 hours of service or less, or with $10k - $30k in expenses per month and needs average 10 hours of service.
Discounted subscription options with Intuit for QuickBooks Software will be offered.
Advanced Service
For a set monthly fee - bookkeeping services will be provided and would include bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, HST filing, and financial statement preparation. In addition to the above services, assistance in budgeting, quarterly review of financial statements, variance analysis and guidance on cash flow management will be provided.
This package is suitable for a business with expenses over $30k/month and requiring 10 to 20 hours of service.
Discounted subscription options with Intuit for QuickBooks Software will be offered.

E-File services starting at $40 for basic (1T4 ) return. Tax preparation and filing services fee determined based on client needs.
